Payment information: Payment details are processed and stored by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, tournaments viewed, and PathFinder queries run.

Device and browser data: Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL may be collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
• To personalize PathFinder scores, Season Health metrics, and tournament recommendations.
• To process payments and manage your membership.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payments, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Your assigned coach (if applicable) — coaches with whom you have an active coaching relationship on the Platform can view your player profile and season data.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

4. Coach Access

If you are part of a coach’s roster on the Platform, that coach can view your player’s profile information, tournament selections, and season data. This access is limited to the coach-family relationship on the Platform and is designed to support tournament planning.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by parents, guardians, and coaches on behalf of junior golfers. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. All accounts are created by and managed by adults.

• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
