We want you to feel confident in your decision to join roadmap.golf. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Platform memberships.
If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply email us and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the initial 14-day period, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Memberships renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.
