Refund Policy

Effective March 1, 2025

We want you to feel confident in your decision to join roadmap.golf. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Platform memberships.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply email us and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

2. After the 14-Day Window

After the initial 14-day period, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

3. Renewal Charges

Memberships renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the charge.
  • The reason for your request (optional, but helpful).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Exceptions

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Partial-period refunds are not available. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
