These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roadmap.golf (“the Platform”), operated by roadmap.golf (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Platform is designed for use by parents, legal guardians, and coaches of junior golfers. If you create an account for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and explicitly consent to the collection and processing of that minor’s performance and athletic data for the purpose of providing the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the junior golf community.
Directory: Free browsing of the tournament directory is available to all visitors.
Proprietary Tools: Access to PathFinder scoring, Season Health, and “The Lab” requires an active paid membership.
Admissions: Membership is granted at our discretion. We may decline any application without providing a specific reason to protect the integrity of our data ecosystem.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Membership fees are billed in advance. Prices may be updated with 30 days’ notice via the email associated with your account. All fees are in US dollars.

All content, algorithms (including the PathFinder scoring logic), and functionality are the exclusive property of roadmap.golf. Use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights to the underlying data models or scoring methodologies.
The Platform relies on data provided by third-party ranking organizations (e.g., Junior Golf Scoreboard, AJGA). We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data, nor are we responsible for changes in their ranking methodologies that may impact the relevance of historical PathFinder scores.
The Platform provides decision-support tools, not guarantees. PathFinder scores and Season Health metrics are proprietary predictive analytics based on historical trends. They do not guarantee:
Final tournament selections should always be made using your own judgment and in consultation with a qualified swing coach or advisor.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROADMAP.GOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES, TRAVEL COSTS, MISSED REGISTRATION DEADLINES, OR SPECIFIC ATHLETIC/RANKING OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time via account settings. Cancellations do not entitle the user to a refund of pre-paid fees except as expressly stated in our separate Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your county, Texas.
