The coach platform

Run the roster the way you already talk about it.

01 — Roster

Your whole roster, with invites, onboarding and referrals in one place.

Invite players and families to link to you. The dashboard keeps the onboarding checklist and referral stats next to the roster, so nothing waits on an email.

02 — Player intelligence

Open a player. Get the ranking, the form, and what any event would cost the family.

Each player page carries the official ranking, recent results, the gap to the next milestone and a travel-cost estimate for any tournament, so the recommendation and the budget conversation happen together.

Dashboard mockup: official national rank 412, up 18 this week, 264th in the class; scoring average 74.6 with a 3.8 differential; four events coming up; a sign-up deadline in 6 days; last result 4th of 72; rankings update again in 7 days.

03 — Coach calendar

Every player's events and deadlines on one calendar.

The combined calendar shows the whole roster week by week, with AJGA star counts and entry deadlines. Open any player for their own view.

Find Tournaments mockup: four upcoming events with dates, AJGA star counts and PathFinder match scores of 92, 84, 71 and 58.

04 — Coach Pathfinder and Coach Picks

Recommend an event. It shows up on the family's dashboard as your pick.

Coach Pathfinder scores every tournament for each player, stars included. One click sends a Coach Pick to the family with your note attached, and the family sees why.

Coach Pick mockup: the AJGA Junior at Kiawah recommended by the coach with a 92 match score, four stars and a short note.

05 — Season plans and templates

Build the plan once. Assign it in a click. Hand it over as a link or a PDF.

Schedule Templates give you a reusable season structure to assign to any player. The season plan is shareable by link and prints as a player report for the parent meeting.

Season plan mockup: the Spring Build template with nine events split into build, match and stretch, with share link and print report buttons.

06 — Tags and reviews

Your tournament notes become the reviews families read.

Tag events for a player and review tournaments you know. Those reviews surface to member families as expert coach reviews inside Find Tournaments.

See how it works

Two minutes, start to finish.

How coaches build structured season plans, score tournament fit for each player, and show families exactly why one event belongs and another one doesn't.
